"I would appeal all my workers in this atmosphere of festivity, should restrain from using any provocative language," Singh said while addressing a crowd at the party office here.
Asking the workers to give a big round of applause to everyone who worked for the party's victory from the grassroot party worker to Modi, Singh said in this election all social boundaries and social limits have been crossed.
