Alok Joshi, Syed Asif Ibrahim and Subhash Goswami, who have retired as Secretary, Research and Analysis Wing, Director, Intelligence Bureau and Director General, Indo Tibetan Border Police force respectively were felicitated at the function.
Singh also welcomed the new incumbents Rajinder Khanna as Secretary, R&AW, Dineshwar Sharma as Director, IB and Prakash Mishra, the Director General of Central Reserve Police Force, who is holding the additional charge of Director General, ITBP.
Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju, Union Home Secretary Anil Goswami, Secretary (Border Management) Sneh Lata Kumar and senior officers of Home Ministry and Central Armed Police Forces were also present.
