The governor and Madhav, the BJP's national general secretary, discussed issues related to the restoration of normalcy and expediting the pace of growth and development in the state, a Raj Bhawan spokesman said.
The finance Minister apprised the governor about the approval of the Budget 2018-19, the fiscal management reforms and developmental issues discussed in the ongoing Legislative Session, the spokesman said.
Referring to the relatively limited mobilisation of resources in J-K, Vohra stressed on the high importance of fiscal discipline.
