The PMK leader was arrested from his T Nagar residence here on May 3.
He was arrested on various charges including unlawful assembly, activities prejudicial to peace, violation of police rules and acting against general public during a PMK function in Mahabalipuram last year.
A court in Villupuram granted conditional bail to Ramadoss today.
However, Ramadoss needs to appear in the T Nagar police station until further orders, they said.
Stray incidents of violence, including torching and stoning of government, buses were reported from various parts of the state in the wake of their arrests.
