Ramco will provide an integrated solution to address MHW's business processes, including sales and distribution, CRM, supply chain, compliance and accounting, Ramco said in a statement, without disclosing financial details.
The solution will help MHW reduce operational costs and turn-around time.
MHW has been an importer, distributor and service provider since 1934 and is headquartered in Manhasset, New York, with operations in California, New Jersey and other markets.
"This is an important win for us in the US as we were chosen against established cloud vendors. The win further reinforces the strength of the solution to cater to the entire ecosystem that connects the suppliers, manufacturers and the customers in the alcohol beverage industry," Ramco Systems Chief Executive Officer Virender Aggarwal said.
