Second seed Ramkumar thrashed the higher-ranked Spaniard 6-4 6-1 in the clay court summit clash of the USD 10,000 Futures event at Real Club Jolaseta.
352nd ranked Ramkumar broke Giner, placed 85 places above the Indian, four times out of five chances. The 19-year-old Indian fired three aces to none of his rival.
It was a double delight for Ramkumar as he had also won the doubles title with Spanish partner David Perz Sanz.
It was third doubles title for Ramkumar this season.
