RattanIndia Power Q2 net loss narrows to Rs 52 cr

RattanIndia Power Ltd's standalone net loss narrowed to Rs 50.7 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 82.8 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal, RattanIndia Power said in a filing to BSE.
The company's standalone income from operations (net) declined to Rs 261 crore in the quarter under review, from over Rs 613 crore in the year-ago period.
Total expenses dropped to Rs 116.7 crore in the period, from over Rs 468.6 crore in the corresponding quarter of previous fiscal.
