"Rays Power commissioned 31.5 MW utility scale photovoltaic solar power project in Punjab, which was developed in two phases of 21 MW at Lakhmirwala and 10.5 MW at Barre, in Mansa districts," a statement issued here stated.
With this project, Rays Power's commissioned project portfolio has reached 99 MW in the solar sector alone.
This project is expected to generate around five crore units of electricity annually and supply clean energy to power more than 10,000 homes.
He further said with the strong order book of more than 150 MW for this financial year, the company is are eyeing a growth at a rate of 400 per cent this year and thereby contributing significantly to the ambitious target of 100 GW set by our Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
