Anirudh alleged that the recruitment to government posts at all levels has become so institutionalised in Haryana that a deserving candidate stands no chance against the influence of kins of politicians and bureaucrats.
"No wonder a lot of recruitments under successive governments in the state have come under the scanner of the judiciary at various times and some of the perpetrators of this regime are undergoing jail terms," he told reporters here.
"The youths of the state are ready to revolt against this system," he said.
He announced to launch "Yuva Bolega" (youth will speak) movement to "rid" the recruitment system of the "Interview Raj".
He also announced that he will sit on a fast from January 1 to press for abolition of the interview system at all levels of recruitment to government posts in Haryana.
Anirudh said that interviews had been reduced to a mere tool in the hands of few influential people to push their kins into government services at the cost of deserving candidates.
The youth will rise together and raise its voice against the corrupt system and the scams in the recruitment process of government jobs as these alleged "fake interviews" are the root cause of corruption and lead to recruitment scams, he claimed.
