Groundnut oil maintained a stable trend in the absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the non-edible section, linseed oil recovered on fresh demand from paint and allied industries.
Meanwhile, castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial prices fell further following subdued demand from shippers and soap manufacturers.
In the edible segment, refined palmolein climbed by Rs 3 per 10 kg to Rs 490 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 487. Groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 980 per 10 kg.
Castorseed bold declined by Rs 15 per 100 kg to Rs 3,600 from Rs 3,615 and castor oil commercial eased by Rs 3 per 10 kg to Rs 750 as against Rs 753 previously.
