In a disclosure to the BSE, Reliance Capital said its total pledged shares with Axis Trustee Services stand at 22.56 per cent.
Reliance Capital has pledged 1.30 crore shares, or 5.14 per cent stake, with Axis Trustee on August 26, the disclosure said.
At the current market price of Rs 307.70, the 1.30 crore pledged shares are valued at around Rs 400 crore.
Reliance Capital already had 4.40 crore shares, or 17.42 per cent, pledged with Axis Trustee Services. This takes the total pledged shares to 5.70 crore shares or 22.56 per cent.
