"There is a revolution of sorts that took place in Delhi because people said that institutional form of politics is inadequate...We have to go to another level which is the grassroot level..," Khurshid said here.
His comments at a conclave on '1 World -- Role of India, China and USA in fostering it' came against the backdrop of AAP's spectacular performance in Delhi polls where the one-year old party bagged 28 out of 70 seats formed the government last week with the help of Congress.
He also quipped that what was happening in our country at present is that the word "Modi is becoming very AAM in the country".
