Rizwi beat an eight-man final lineup comprising the likes of Jitu Rai, Vijay Kumar and Omkar Singh, all decorated India internationals along with up and coming India junior talent Achal Pratap Singh Grewal, to clinch the 10m Air Pistol title.
Vijay Kumar won the silver while BSF's Sib Kumar Ghosh bagged the bronze in the event.
Omkar finished fourth while Jitu, after topping qualification with a score of 582, could only finish sixth.
In an equally top field in men's 50m Rifle Prone final, talented youngster Kusale beat the likes of Gagan Narang, Chain Singh and Hariom Singh, again all decorated India internationals, to bag the gold medal, shooting a total score of 206.4 in the final.
Chain Singh won the silver with a score of 205.5 while Narang bagged the bronze.
