The woman, Roshni, who was accused of instigating his son Vijay for attacking Ashok, was arrested from Mundka. The accused Vijay was arrested late last night, police said.
Ashok (42) was driving a low-floor, non-AC bus of Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) which grazed the bike of Vijay in Mundka. Both Vijay and her mother Roshni, who was riding pillion, fell on the road.
