Director Rohit Shetty has teamed up for a movie with filmmaker Karan Johar, which the latter will be producing.
The 'Golmaal' series director had a huge hit in 'Chennai Express' at the box office this year with Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.
"Rohit will be a directing the film. And Karan Johar will be producing it," sources close to the development told PTI without divulging any details about the project.
Gossip mills are abuzz that Salman Khan would be part of this yet to be titled project. But the sources say no actor has been finalised yet and the makers are also not in talks with anyone as of now.
Rohit's next directorial venture is Ajay Devgn starrer 'Singham 2', a sequel to the 2011 super hit film of the same name.
