RSS ideologue part of Haryana education panel

Aiming to include Yoga and moral education in the school curriculum, Haryana Education Minister Ram Bilas Sharma today constituted Guidance Board and Education Advisory Committee, that includes RSS ideologue Dinanath Batra as member.
"The committee members include well-known educationist of Vidya Bharti, Dinanath Batra as patron, Gita Manishi, Swami Gyananand and Gurukul Pataudi, Acharya Dharam Dev," the Education Minister said, according to an official release here.
Stating that the government wanted to provide "simple and accessible education", Sharma said "verses of the holy Gita are being made part of the school syllabus" in order to make our children cultured and virtuous".
