RUJ Group sets up precision, assembly unit

RUJ Group has set up first of its kind Swiss precision and assembly unit here in joint venture with a Switzerland-based company SRM mechanics, a company official said.

The plant will be inaugurated tomorrow.

Seeing the opportunity in India, we are offering the Swiss precision and assembly solutions with a plant equipped with international machineries and technology in the country, Rajendra Joshi, Chairman of RUJ Group said at a press conference today.

He said that the objective of the venture is to provide best solutions to the manufacturing industry for their need of high precision metal parts.

It aims to offer manufacturing solutions to the sectors like medical and health, automotive, Polymechanical, machine automation, laboratory technology, photo technology and aerospace among others where high precision parts play a crucial role for the end products, he added.

He informed that the plant will be initially furnishing orders received from SRM Technologies as their Switzerland facility is operating at its optimum production capacity and has 2 years orders pending in advance.

Peter Strebel, the CEO of SRM Technologies AG, was also present on the occasion.
