"Jain, an officer of Indian Railway Traffic Services of 1991 batch, took the charge today," Central Railway (CR) said in a press release issued here.
Jain, after completion of probation period was posted as Assistant Commercial Manager at Asansol Division and has worked in several divisions and in zones with with various capacities including Director of Vigilance in Railway Board, it said.
Prior to joining Central Railway, Jain was working as Chief Passenger Transportation Manager at Northern Railway.
The officer succeeds Ravinder Goyal, who recently completed his tenure as DRM of CR's Mumbai Division, added the release.
