Sandeep completed the entire race in 20:42.175 seconds.
Saurav Bandyopadhay finished second, 3.848 seconds behind the leader and Diego Duez finished 5.344 seconds off Saurav.
Sandeep started on pole for the reverse grid Race Two and comfortably led from start to finish. Saurav and Diego started well but could not get close enough to race winner Sandeep.
The win has helped Sandeep close in on championship leader Ameya Walawalkar, and is just 26 points behind.
Ameya continues to lead the championship with 276 points, followed by Sandeep, who is on 249 points. Avdumber Hede is third in the championship with 213 points followed by Rahil Noorani on 207 points and Mihir Dharkar on 201 points.
