"As per District Magistrate Kumar Ravikant Singh's directions, all primary and upper primary school up to class VIII have been directed to prepone summer vacation from May 31 to May 20," Basic Shiksha Adhikari Arun Kumar said.
This was done in view of the hot weather as temperature was reaching 45 degree Celsius and is expected to rise further in the next few days, he said.
