The incident took place last night near Chirsi village and the body was found on the railway tracks this morning, police said.
Initial probe revealed that the girl was scolded by her father over a matter of family discord. Depressed by this, she took the extreme step, Greater Noida police station in-charge Surinder Bhati said.
