The movie, an adaptation of former broker Jordan Belfort's best-selling memoir, stars DiCaprio as Belfort.
Paramount is releasing the film while Red Granite is financing and producing, the Hollywood Reporter said.
'Wolf of Wall Street' also stars Matthew McConaughey, Jonah Hill, Jean Dujardin, Rob Reiner, Kyle Chandler, Margot Robbie, Jon Bernthal, Cristin Milioti, PJ Byrne and Ethan Suplee.
The screenplay was adapted by Terence Winter. The story chronicles Belfort's dramatic rise and fall on Wall Street and his hard-partying lifestyle and tumultuous personal life, which included drug and alcohol addiction.
