The 33-year-old businessman, who has three kids with the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star, spent the weekend with her in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in a bid to win her back, reported People magazine.
"Scott set it all up and (it) was a way to try and make things work again with Kourtney. He surprised her and whisked her away on this trip," a source said.
"They seem very close and happy," another source added.
