The seven persons, including a woman, arrived here in a train and hired an autorickshaw for Daulatpura village, which is close to the Pakistan border, police said.
On reaching the village, they inquired about the way to Pakistan border last evening, they said.
When locals asked about their identities, the seven Bangladeshis returned in the autorickshaw following which the police were informed and they were caught near Mirjewali village, they said.
"They wanted to cross the border to go to Pakistan. They are Bangladeshi nationals and arrived in the city in a train from Delhi," the police said, adding, that they were being interrogated.
