Seven IPS officers in CBI get promotion

Seven IPS officers working in the CBI have been promoted as Deputy Inspector General (DIG).
They are Pranav Kumar, Keshav Ram Chaurasia, Vidhi Kumar Birdi, C Nagaraju, Anish Prasad, Jasbir Singh and Anurag. All of them are 2003-batch officers of the Indian Police Service (IPS), an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) said.
These officers, who are dealing with various sensitive cases, were already working in the CBI as Superintendent of Police (SP).
They have been appointed for different tenure in the probe agency.
