Following a tip-off, the arrests were made late last night and a Maruti 800 and Rs 58,000 in cash were recovered from the accused, SSP Keval Khurana said.
The racket was being run in the flat and the car which has been seized was used to transport the girls to customers in different hotels, he said.
A woman named Stella, against whom 14 cases are lodged in different police stations of the state, is also among the nine girls arrested, he said.
The girls, hailing from Uttarakhand, Delhi, Haryana, Bihar and Nepal, and their five pimps have been booked under different sections of the IPC, he said.
Some more arrests will soon be made in connection with the racket, he said.
