American beauty Lauren wore an elegant dress that featured a high collar and embellished detailing, while Cowell looked dapper in a tuxedo.
The couple featured in another snap taken at their champagne-filled table, this time posing with Louis Tomlinson. The photo did little to dispel rumours that the One Directioner may be joining "The X Factor" panel as a judge.
