The incident happened late last night when a few people were going back to Delhi from Agra in a car. A truck coming from behind hit the car following which an argument broke out between the car passengers and the truck driver over damages caused to the car, they added.
During this time, a speeding truck came from behind and hit the people standing out, police said.
In the mishap six persons were killed.
The vehicle was impounded at Kotwan check post, however, the accused truck driver is absconding, they said.
The injured have been identified as Chutbhuj, Arun Kumar and Dharamveer.
Among the dead only one person Parshuram has been identified, police said, adding that efforts are being made to identify others.
