Soft skill training for India Post employees

India Post employees here are undergoing soft skill training under a beyond the academics initiative of city-based KCT Business School.
A total of 286 persons have undergone the training so far this month with an objective to better the customer service skills of the front line employees of India Post, so that the customers' needs were taken care in an efficient manner, a KCT release said today.
In the last two years, it has trained 1,108 employees of India Post from various levels, including postmen.
The course content is developed by the School in consultation with the India Post authorities.
