The Special Operation Group (SOG) today quizzed Chairman and Secretary of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission in connection with the leak of papers of Rajasthan Administrative Service and teaches recruitment examination.
"We interrogated the Chairman and the Secretary of RPSC today to know about the procedure from printing to distribution of the papers and about the officials who are associated with the process,"SP SOG Surendra Kumar told PTI over phone from Ajmer.
He also said the SOG team has taken into its possession some documents related to the process and the team would be camping in Ajmer to carry out its investigation in the RPSC office.
"We have got some important facts which are subject to verification which will be done over the next few days. Yesterday, we quizzed lower level personnel and today the senior functionaries were interrogated," he said.
The SP said that the main accused was out of the grip of the SOG but expressed confidence of getting him nabbed soon.
The gang was busted earlier this month by the SOG which arrested 8 of the gang members including Amrit Meena who was heading the racket in the state and had leaked paper of RAS Prelims 2013 held in October last year.
Meanwhile, the RPSC Chairman Habib Khan Goran said that the commission had conducted an internal analysis of the RAS Pre result declared last month in which it was found that several members of certain families secured top ranking which raised doubts.
"We have found many doubtful facts so the full commission met with the DGP and requested to get the matter investigated properly after which the gang was busted," he said.
The RPSC has already cancelled the examination.
