Solanki condoles Kalam's death

Punjab and Haryana Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki today expressed deepest condolence over the death of former President A P J Abdul Kalam.
"The sudden demise of former president A P J Abdul Kalam was a tremendous loss to the country," Solanki, who is also the Administrator of Union Territory, Chandigarh, said.
He said that Kalam had been a leading light who will always be remembered for his services to the country.
The former President had breathed his last at Bethany Hospital, Shillong, Meghalaya yesterday after he collapsed during a lecture at the IIM.
