Of the six accused, four - Anil, Vijay, Krishna Singh and Yogesh - have been arrested yesterday for allegedly murdering son of the CRPF hawildar on Thursday night, police said.
The other three accused in the case - Rahul, Anil and Abdul Malik, are absconding, police said.
Meanwhile, the Chief Judicial Magistrate Ram Prakash Panday has ordered the accused to be sent to jail, police said.
The victim, Vikram, was son of CRPF hawildar Dilip Singh who was posted in Chhattisgarh's Vijay Nagar district.
According to the police, a chunk of youths involved in the incident were not invitees and had came there to dance.
Though initially the dispute was resolved, Vikram and his other friends were chased by the accused while they were returning home late Thursday night.
The accused shot Vikram, who succumbed to the injuries on the spot, police said.
According to the police, all the accused were residents of the same colony. The police also said that the shot, which was fired from a licensed revolver, was owned by a Jammu and Kashmir-posted CRPF official Rajeev Kumar and also the accused Rahul's father.
