SP appoints Shivpal Yadav as UP party incharge

Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav today appointed his younger brother Shivpal Yadav as the party incharge of Uttar Pradesh.
"Shivpal Yadav has been appointed as UP incharge of SP by party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav," a release here said.
Shivpal, who is a cabinet minister in Akhilesh Yadav government is also the party's chief spokesperson.
