The decision in this regard was taken during a meeting of SP's state parliamentary board which was presided by Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, party spokesman Rajendra Chaudhary said.
He said the 'cycle yatra', which would pass through villages, would culminate with a rally at district headquarters.
The party also decided to organise a training campaign for 1,000 workers from seven districts of Bundelkhand at Jhansi/ Orcha between August 20 to August 22, Chaudhary said.
Achievements of SP government's three years in the office was also discussed and the members expressed satisfaction, he added.
