Sr IAS Nitish Kumar to be special secy to UP CM

Senior IAS officer Nitish Kumar has been appointed as special secretary to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a government spokesperson said today.
Kumar was till now posted as additional registrar, cooperative societies, the spokesman added.
