Steve Carell to executive produce new game show

Actor Steve Carell is returning to American TV as the executive producer of a game show which pits celebrities and comedians against each other on a sloping stage.
'The Office' funnyman is set to helm eight-episode series 'Slide Show' on America's Fox network, reported Ace Showbiz.
The show will feature a number of stars trying to sing, dance and perform sketches - all while balancing on a stage, which is tilted at a 22.5 degree angle.
"Comedy is subjective. But if you don't find Slide Show to be funny and enormously entertaining, then you will never be my friend," Carell said.

'Slide Show' is based on an international format, which has proven to be a hit in countries such as France, Australia and Portugal, and is scheduled to premiere in countries including Spain, the Netherlands and China in the coming months.
