The "Snow White and the Huntsman" star was spotted filming her scene in New York. She is expected to share screen with "Boardwalk Empire" star Gretchen Mol, reported Aceshowbiz.
The film will follow a group of New Yorkers dealing with various stages of life and its attendant joys and tribulations are all touched in some way by beloved philosophy professor Walter Zarrow.
Stewart was last seen in "On the Road" with Garrett Hedlund and Sam Riley since the "Twilight Saga" movie series ended. The 23-year-old starlet will next star in "Camp X-Ray" and "Sils Maria".
