Sumit Kumar assumes charge as Commissioner, Customs House

Indian Revenue Service officer Sumit Kumar today assumed charge of Commissioner, Customs House, Kochi.
Kumar, a 1994 batch IRS officer, is also holding the charge of Commissioner of Customs (Preventive) Commissionerate, Kochi, a customs release said.
The Customs Preventive Commissionarate is having jurisdiction of Kerala, Lakshadweep and Mahe, it said.
