A case has been registered with the SVO Jammu on the prima facie establishment of offences on the part of a public servants, a forest guard (beneficiary), and Kewal Krishan Sharma, former PRO of Ex-Dy CM and others, an SVO officer said.
Besides Sharma,Pritam Singh, the then Project Officer Bilani Project, Jammu, and Custodian of the Service Book, used their official positions to fudge the entry, he said.
The original service book remained in the custody of Sharma in order to avoid the detection of the fake entries, he said.
