Lashing out at the state government for spending around Rs 100 crore over surveys to take-up irrigation projects, the minister demanded that the Telagana government should release a white-paper on irrigation projects.
Dattatreya also criticised the Chief Minister for winding up Khanthanapally project and taking up another project at Medigadda. "All this will enormously increase the project cost," he said.
