Bihar Finance Minister Abdul Bari Siddique, who heads Bihar Badminton Association, said about 750 boys and girls of Under-13 and Under-15 age group from across the country would take part in qualifying round matches between June 27 to 29 at Patliputra Sports Complex Indore hall and Secretariat Sports Badminton Hall respectively.
The matches under main draw comprise 16 boys and as many girls will be playing from June 30 to July 3 at Patliputra Sports complex while the doubles segment will have eight pairs, he said.
He said a prize money worth Rs. Three lakh will be given to the the winners and runners up of the tournament as perr BAI rule and regulation.
