Tata Housing, the real estate arm of Tata group, said in a statement that it has sold over 200 units at its project 'La Vida' on Dwarka Expressway in ten days. The starting price of these units are Rs 1.08 crore.
Tata Housing MD & CEO Brotin Banerjee said: "We believe that the overwhelming response to the project since its launch is an indication of its success."
The total sales value of these 200 units would be about Rs 300 crore.
Established in 1984, Tata Housing is a closely held public limited company and a subsidiary of TATA Sons Ltd. The company has 70 million sq ft under various stages of planning and execution and an additional 19 million sq ft in the pipeline.
