Techie kills wife, son before ending life

A software engineer from Moradabad district of Uttar Pradesh, allegedly killed his wife and son before committing suicide at their house at an apartment in Madhapur area here, police said today.
Manish Sao (32) and his wife Swetha (32) reportedly were not having good relationship and it is suspected that he killed his wife and his five-year-old son and later committed suicide by hanging himself on Sunday night, Madhapur Police Station Inspector K Narasimulu said.
As foul smell emanated from their house today, the neighbours got suspicious and alerted the police who after opening the house door found the bodies of Manish which was hanging to the ceiling while the bodies of his wife Swetha and his son were on the bed, the police officer said.

Manish was working at a IT firm here for the past three years. It is suspected that Manish strangled his wife and son before taking the extreme step, the police officer said based on preliminary investigation. The bodies were shifted to a hospital for post-mortem and their family members and relatives were informed about the incident.
