A 15-year-old girl, whose parents had claimed that she was abducted from home and gangraped, has denied the charges.
The minor girl, who had gone missing last Sunday and was found two days later on Tuesday night on roadside, recorded her statements under CrPC Section 164 before a magistrate yesterday.
She has denied the charges of abduction and said that she was neither held hostage nor raped, according to Railway Colony police station SHO Shivraj Gujjar.
The medical report did not confirm rape, the SHO added.
The girl while undergoing treatment at Maharao Bheem Singh Hospital had told her parents about her captivation and rape, after which a police complaint was filed.
According to police, the girl left her home in search of her elder sister and instead of getting back to home, reached MBS Hospital where she came in contact with five boys.
She spent the entire night in the hospital and reached Jaipur by a bus next morning with the help of the boys, the SHO said.
Later that evening she returned to the city, but consumed some drug before reaching home and fell unconscious on roadside, he added.
Police are investigating the matter and the alleged role of two boys out of the five under suspicion for not reporting the incident to the police.
