The girl was on her way to relieve herself on the night of March 10 when the youth named Satyendra Yadav raped her, police said today.
The girl's father who works in Delhi came home yesterday after which a complaint was lodged against the accused.
An FIR was lodged against Yadav and he was arrested, Superintendent of Police Manoj Kumar Jha said.
The girl has been sent for medical examination, the SP added.
