Tejnaksh Healthcare listed on BSE SME

BSE's platform for small and medium enterprises (SME) today got its 117th company with the listing of Maharashtra-based Tejnaksh Healthcare.
"Tejnaksh Healthcare Ltd became the 117th company to get listed on the BSE SME platform today," BSE said in a statement.
The firm came out with an initial public offering of 11.04 lakh equity shares to raise Rs 2.43 crore. The company successfully completed its public issue on October 12, 2015.
Tejnaksh Healthcare runs an Institute of Urology, an ISO certified international-level Urology hospital located in Dhule city, Maharashtra.
BSE is expecting 100 initial public offerings on its SME platform in the current fiscal.
The SME platform helps entrepreneurs to raise capital for their growth and innovation.
