Ten of a family killed in road mishap

Ten persons of the same family, including three children, were today killed and three others injured when their van rammed into a truck in Sikar district, police said.
The incident occurred near Ringus on the Sikar Highway when the family was returning to Khandela town from here after receiving a relative who arrived at the Sanganer airport from Saudi Arabia last night and is one of the deceased, they said.
The victims were identified as Simaran (10), Nabil (3), Farina (8), Shahina (16), Shakur (32), Kabir (34), Jahida (50), Mustaq (25), Shehnaj (30) and Jabid (25) while the injured were in a serious condition, police said.
