Thackeray's condition stable, to be discharged in evening
"He is fine and there are no complications. He had come for a regular check up and was admitted due to his chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) and heart-related routine checkups", chest physician at Lilavati, Dr Jalil Parkar told PTI.
"There are certain checkups which needed to be done in the hospital for which he was admitted", Dr Parkar said.
"He will be discharged at 0430 pm", the doctor added.
