The couple has named the child Kane Alexander Rossi, reported E! Online.
"Theo and Meghan welcomed a baby boy this morning in New York City. His name is Kane Alexander Rossi and he is beautiful!" the actor's representative said.
"We are so excited to start this new chapter in our lives as parents. My wife is doing great and my son Kane is perfect!" Rossi said.
