"The world's only common floor for art and culture comes to India for the first time and so for arts and culture enthusiasts February 2016 is the time to head to Goa to witness the truly international event," organisers said today.
The fifth Youth Delphic Games is pressumed to attract 125 countries with over 7000 participants, six art categories and over 70 sub-categories, with many parallel artistic and fun events and activities for everyone, spokesperson for Youth Delphic Games Organising Committee, Pankaj Kothari said.
